The Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday confirmed Sandy Vito to become the state's 32nd Labor & Industry Secretary overseeing 6,000 employees in an agency that regulates unemployment, workers' compensation, labor law compliance and vocational rehabilitation.Gov.
