The Missouri Court of Appeals ruled that the Second Injury Fund is liable for a worker’s permanent total disability from two industrial neck injuries. Case: Williams v. Treasurer, No. ED108262, 04/07/2020, published. Facts: Cherisse Williams worked for Gate Gourmet Inc., restocking food and beverages in airplane galleys.
