Republican President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, has tended to side with employers in workplace disputes, according to the Huffington Post.
Two court cases — one from 2005 and another from 2014 — offer insight into Kavanaugh's thinking about labor-management relations, the website said.
