Drobot has sold the Southern California hospital that is the target of a federal investigation and multiple civil fraud allegations to College Health Enterprises Inc., according to a report by the Orange County Register.The Register reports that College Health assumed ownership of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach at midnight on Tuesday.
