WCD Convening Advisory Committee for Potential Rulemaking

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced plans to convene an advisory committee to review two sets of rules for possible revisions. The division said it plans to review rules relating to coverage requirements to see if any amendments are necessary. The division also said it will analyze whether to update rules authorizing fines and other penalties for noncompliant employers.
