The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $73,500 in penalties against a New Jersey chemical plant after an August 2013 inspection found 15 serious violations of its process safety management standard.OSHA said it inspected Diversified CPC International's plant in Sparta, N.J., as part of its national emphasis program on process safety management for chemical facilities.
