State Fund, Electronic Waveform Lab Reach Tentative Settlement Agreement

Electronic Waveform Lab has reached a tentative settlement agreement with State Compensation Insurance Fund over allegations that the carrier and its utilization review vendor conspired to deny authorization for H-Wave devices.
