Parties may now agree to shift oral arguments before an Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission from Springfield, Ill., to Chicago, the commission announced Tuesday. The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission stated that if parties can agree to move oral arguments from Springfield to Chicago, that the commission will help them transfer the case. The IWCC made the announcement on its news and information website.
