New York Court Finds Corporate Officer Personally Liable for Benefits

A New York appellate court determined that the president of a corporation is personally liable for benefits that his corporation failed to pay. The 2nd Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York overruled a Kings County court ruling that had vacated four judgments against Robert San Miguel, in Workers' Compensation Board v.
