App. Attorney Donald Galine of San Mateo Dies at 64

Applicants' attorney Donald L Galine of San Mateo, Calif., died last weekend after fighting a one-year battle against brain cancer. He was 64.Galine was senior partner of Galine, Frye & Fitting, a personal-injury law firm. He also was sole practitioner of a workers' compensation practice that operated out of the law firm's San Mateo office.Galine was a competitive swimmer as a member of the U.S. Masters Swimming Association, competing in national events.
