Nexus Medical, a utilization review and cost-containment firm, has hired a new vice president of corporate strategy.
Suzzette Walker stepped into the role Jan. 19, according to a Thursday press release. She is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, new product development, joint ventures and other partnerships.
Walker brings more than 20 years of experience in cost containment and managed care to the company, according to the statement. She has worked for companies such as Review Med, ReviewCo/EOS Group and Diversified Healthcare.
