Norman Paul of SWBC Named Vice Chair of NAPEO Board

Norman L. Paul Jr., chief executive officer of SWBC's professional employer organization, has been appointed vice chairman of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations board of directors for 2016-17. Paul was chair of NAPEO's Texas Leadership Council from 2011 to 2015 and has served on the NAPEO board since 2013. During this time, he has raised awareness of important industry issues.
