Work Comp Pros to Testify to Congressional Committee on Opioids

Two well-known medication experts will testify before Congress today on the opioid crisis and how the federal workers' compensation system is lagging behind several states' efforts.  Joe Paduda, a frequent blogger and president of CompPharma, a consortium of pharmacy benefit managers, along with Ramona Tanabe, vice president of the Workers Compensation Research  Institute, will speak to the House Committee on Education's Subcommittee on Workforce Protections.
