Hub International Insurance Services announced Monday that it has acquired the assets of GNW-Evergreen Insurance Services in Los Angeles. The GNW-Evergreen operations will form a new Hub office in Encino, Calif., and Nashville, Tenn., Hub International said in a press release. In connection with this acquisition, Andrew Forchelli, president and chief operating officer of GNW-Evergreen, will join Hub California as senior executive vice president, reporting to Hub California President Kirk Christ.
