Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, whose operator has long been involved in disputes over spinal surgery pass-through charges and repackaged drug billing, will close its ambulatory surgery center next month, WorkCompCentral has learned.WorkCompCentral obtained a copy of a letter dated June 28 in which Michael Drobot, chief executive officer of the hospital, said the Long Beach Pain Center will close July 16.
