Governor Approves PEO Regulations

Gov. Dave Heineman (R) has approved regulations proposed by the Nebraska Department of Labor under the Professional Employer Organization Registration Act, the Secretary of State's Office reported on Thursday.A hearing on the proposed regulations was held on Sept. 28, 2011.The legislative bill that became known as the 2010 Professional Employer Organization Registration Act, which was introduced by Sen.
