OSHA Declares Hanover Contractor Severe Violator for Repeated Trenching Hazards

After two separate Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspections turned up repeated trenching hazards, the administration has placed a Hanover plumbing, heating and air conditioning contractor in its Severe Violator Enforcement Program. The administration fined C&G Refrigeration $64,680 after inspectors found four willful and one serious violation during an August inspection, according to a Wednesday press release.
