Marketer Agrees to $339K Settlement in Alleged Compounding Scheme

A Texas man has agreed to pay the government $339,412 for allegedly accepting illegal kickback payments from an Oklahoma compounding pharmacy. James Paul Adams, 35, of Cypress, Texas, agreed to the payments in a settlement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma, prosecutors announced.
