A Texas man has agreed to pay the government $339,412 for allegedly accepting illegal kickback payments from an Oklahoma compounding pharmacy.
James Paul Adams, 35, of Cypress, Texas, agreed to the payments in a settlement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma, prosecutors announced.
Adams, also known as Beau Adams, owner of Texas marketing company One Source Healthcare Organization LLC, allegedly accepted kickbacks from OK Compounding LLC, a pharmacy previously located in Skiatook, Oklahoma.
