The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California posted to its website the latest versions of its reporting plan, experience rating plan and miscellaneous regulations.
California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara approved changes to the California Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan — 1995, the California Workers’ Compensation Experience Rating Plan — 1995, and the Miscellaneous Regulations for the Recording and Reporting of Data — 1995.
