A California appellate court rejected a hospital employee’s claims of discrimination and retaliation for pursuing a workers’ compensation claim. Case: McKellar v. Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, No. B285462, 11/28/2018, unpublished. Facts: Christine McKellar began working at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 2000.
