The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Monday announced new online educational courses intended to help physicians and others with writing medical-legal reports.
The courses were developed in collaboration with the Center for Occupational and Environmental Health at the University of California, Berkeley.
A four-part online lecture series will cover topics including:
Friday, statutory and regulatory requirements governing med-legal reports.
Oct. 20, evidence-based evaluations such as how to define permanent and stationary status and maximum medical improvement.
