USI Insurance Services, a middle market brokerage, has acquired the St. Louis office of Holmes Murphy.
Holmes Murphy has been in business since 1995 and provides property and casualty coverage for personal and commercial customers, according to a Tuesday press release.
USI employs more than 4,200 workers in 140 offices throughout the U.S. Aside from property and casualty brokerage, the firm handles employee benefits, retirement and personal risk services.
