OSHA to Probe Roofer's Fatal Fall in Pulaski

The U.S. Labor Department's Occupational Safety & Health Administration has confirmed that it is investigating a 23-year-old man's fatal fall Monday at a Pulaski construction site.According to the Watertown Daily Times, Kyle M. Brown, of Turin, fell 24 feet after a gust of wind blew him off the roof of a building at a F.X.
