OSHA to Probe Roofer's Fatal Fall in Pulaski

The U.S. Labor Department's Occupational Safety & Health Administration has confirmed that it is investigating a 23-year-old man's fatal fall Monday at a Pulaski construction site.According to the Watertown Daily Times, Kyle M. Brown, of Turin, fell 24 feet after a gust of wind blew him off the roof of a building at a F.X. Caprara construction site while he was carrying roofing material.Brown, who worked for MTL Design, of Watertown, was installing the metal roof with another man when the accident happened, according to the N.Y.
