Grandfather Clause Added to Administration's SIBTF Reforms

Gavin Newsom's administration added a grandfather clause that would exempt some pending and active cases, including those filed before July 1, 2020, from the tighter eligibility requirements proposed as part of a reform of the Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund.
