City Asks 3rd DCA to Review AME's Rating by Analogy

A California appellate court will get a chance to decide whether an agreed medical evaluator should have rated an applicant's plantar fasciitis by analogy, pursuant to the Almaraz/Guzman II decision. The City of Sacramento has asked the 3rd District Court of Appeal to review a decision describing when rating by analogy is appropriate under the Almaraz/Guzman II opinion.
