The California Supreme Court last week denied review of two workers’ compensation cases, including a dispute over whether an employee can collect temporary disability benefits for time she lost from work to attend medical appointments. In September, the Court of Appeal for the 6th District of California ruled that Renee Skelton was not entitled to TTD for her wage loss because of her work absences.
