The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that in-person hearings will resume Oct. 1 in most offices throughout the state.
Hearings at the district office in Eureka and at satellite locations in Bishop, Marysville, Chico and Ukiah will remain virtual.
“In-person hearings will consist of trials, lien trials, expedited hearings and special adjudication unit trials only,” the division said in a statement.
