Trucking Co. Owner Accused of Failing to Maintain Comp Insurance

A New Jersey man was arraigned in Pennsylvania’s Souderton district court on Nov. 12, on a felony charge of violating the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, according to The Reporter.    Joseph D. Murray, Jr., 49, is accused of failing to maintain workers’ compensation insurance for his shuttered vehicle transport business, Joe’s Auto Transport LLC, which he operated out of Warminster in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the report said.
