North Carolina Industrial Commission Chairman Andrew Heath announced the appointment of seven deputy commissioners Monday to six-year terms, including four reappointments and three new ones.
Christopher C. Loutit, sworn in as chief deputy commissioner last January, was one of the reappointments. Loutit previously served as the commission’s administrator, joining the agency in 2013. Before that, Loutit was a partner at the Wilmington firm of Johnson, Lambeth & Brown, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
