The Michigan Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency issued a COVID-19 masking update to the state workers’ compensation section of the State Bar that’s applicable to anyone attending a hearing site.
WDCA Director Jack Nolish writes that since the Aug. 6 announcement that masks will be required for all hearing site visitors, the state issued a formal policy mandating masks in all state-owned or leased buildings.
