N.Y. Resident Wins Benefits For Penn. Injury Under Ill. Employer

A worker who lived in New York but was injured while working in Pennsylvania for an Illinois-based company is entitled to benefits, according to a New York appellate court. The 3rd Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court affirmed a decision granting a claimant benefits for injuries he suffered when a massive wooden panel fell onto him.
