National Interstate Offers Captive Program for Towing and Recovery

National Interstate Insurance Co., a specialty transportation insurer, has launched a rental captive program for the towing and recovery industry called TowCap Premier. TowCap Premier was launched in late 2017 and is available nationally. The insurance coverage includes workers’ compensation as well as auto liability, auto physical damage, garage keepers coverage for vehicle storage, and on-hook cargo and general liability.
