Drobot Attorneys Seek Sanctions in Deposition Dispute

Attorneys representing State Compensation Insurance Fund in a civil fraud action should be sanctioned $4,950 and ordered to make the former manager of the carrier's lien unit available for further deposition, attorneys for Michael R. Drobot argue in their latest court filings.
