State Compensation Insurance Fund has followed through on its threat to file a separate lawsuit against providers it was not allowed to name as defendants in its ongoing fraud case against Michael D. Drobot and his son.
The carrier filed a civil Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act complaint against 13 doctors, one chiropractor and 26 medical companies.
