SCIF Seeks to Extend Deadlines in Action against Drobots

Attorneys for State Compensation Insurance Fund are asking the U.S. District Court for Central California to extend the discovery deadline and push back the scheduled trial date in a civil complaint charging Michael D. Drobot and his son, Michael R. Drobot, with fraud. A joint stipulation filed Tuesday by Irell & Manella attorney Michael R.
