The Colorado House of Representatives on Wednesday voted to pass a bill that would allow workers’ compensation claims for those who overhear traumatic events.
The House voted 48-15 to pass SB 26, by Sen. Rhonda Fields, D-Aurora, and send the bill to the governor. The Senate passed the bill 30-2 on Feb. 4.
