Supreme Court Says Worker Can't Bring CT Claim Based on Aggravation of Prior Compensable Injury

The Iowa Supreme Court ruled that a worker who receives disability benefits for a traumatic injury cannot later recover disability benefits on a separate cumulative injury claim if the cumulative injury is based solely on aggravation of the earlier traumatic injury.
