The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited General Glass International of Secaucus, New Jersey, for 10 serious safety violations and has proposed $45,540 in fines against the company.
This action comes after inspectors found electrical and machine hazards at the company’s design and fabrication center in March.
