House Passes Bill Clarifying Comp Limitations for Recreational Activities

The Montana state House of Representatives passed a bill to clarify the exclusion of coverage for injuries sustained during social or recreational activities. The House on Monday voted 79-20 to pass HB 178, by Rep.
