Jose Ruiz has been appointed Claims/Rehabilitation’s operations & systems manager for State Compensation Insurance Fund. Ruiz started his State Fund career as a claims adjuster in the organization’s Los Angeles District Office in 1992. He sharpened his claims skills when he became a lien settlement representative.
