Alternate Employer Organization Rules Up for Review

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation published a notice that rules intended to implement legislation to create alternate employer organizations are up for “common sense” review. The proposed rules will incorporate the alternate employer organization into current rules for professional organizations. “AEOs will operate, and be regulated by BWC, in a similar manner as PEOs,” according to a BWC impact analysis.
