CWCI Case Law Update Scheduled for July 7

The California Workers’ Compensation Institute announced that the online broadcast of its annual case law update, originally scheduled for May 7, will be held on July 7. The full-day program will cover recent court decisions, appropriate negotiation and defense strategies for claims personnel, attorneys, hearing reps and other people with negotiating authority.
