A Maryland law firm has agreed to pay the federal government $250,000 to settle claims that it failed to reimburse Medicare for treatment provided to a client, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Baltimore announced.
According to the Department of Justice, law firm Meyers, Rodbell & Rosenbaum obtained a $1.15 million settlement for a client in a medical malpractice case in December 2015.
