By David Dankwa, Senior ReporterA federal judge in New York has allowed a number of the major claims to proceed in a lawsuit filed by Cayman Islands-based Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd. against managing general agent Appalachian Underwriters Inc. and parent Insurance Services Group.
