Advisory Council Meets Tuesday

The Montana Labor-Management Advisory Council is meeting Tuesday to discuss issues including proposed language for benefit brochures and possible amendments to rules relating to submitting medical records for review. A draft of possible changes to the rules governing petitions filed jointly by the injured worker and employer would eliminate the requirement to concurrently submit medical records related to the case.
