The Montana Labor-Management Advisory Council is meeting Tuesday to discuss issues including proposed language for benefit brochures and possible amendments to rules relating to submitting medical records for review.
A draft of possible changes to the rules governing petitions filed jointly by the injured worker and employer would eliminate the requirement to concurrently submit medical records related to the case. The proposed rules would allow the parties to avoid submitting medical records if they agree that the worker should continue receiving medical benefits.
