Fall hazards at a Bridgeport, Connecticut, construction site may cost a roofing contractor $70,070 in fines. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing the penalties against Xtreme Restoration & Waterproofing after citing the company for a repeat violation and two serious violations after finding workers atop a two-story roof at a residential job site on June 16 without proper safety equipment.
