ICA Restructuring Ombudsman Office

The Industrial Commission of Arizona announced several changes to the operations of its Ombudsman Office, which will now be a part of the ICA Legal Division. The restructured Ombudsman Office will consist of three individuals available to provide timely responses to inquiries from injured workers and other system users regarding potential or pending workers’ compensation claims.
