Largest Q2 OSHA Fines Are on Construction Firms for Falls, Trench Violations

The largest fines by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for the second quarter of 2020 totaled a little more than $1 million and were levied against roofing and trenching contractors. One of the violators has had dozens of workers' compensation claims filed against it.
