The owner of a Georgia roofing company and his wife, who allegedly swindled workers' compensation insurers out of $1 million in premiums, were both charged with insurance fraud, the State Board of Workers' Compensation said Tuesday.
The board said Pedro Henriquez, 37, was charged with two counts of insurance fraud and one count of failing to provide workers' compensation insurance for his employees.
