The Texas Supreme Court ruled that a defendant in an injured worker’s tort action should have been allowed to designate his employer as a responsible third party. Case: In re YRC Inc., No. 21-0846, 06/17/2022, published.   Facts: In 2015, James Curry was loading a trailer at a freight dock owned by his employer, Eaton Corp.
